Michelle is one of our nursery owners and has a level 3 qualification in childcare. Michelle oversees the day to day running of the setting.
Lydia has worked at Little Ducklings Day Nursery since 2012 and has a Level 5 qualification in Childcare. Lydia is responsible for Health & Safety within the nursery, Behaviour Management and is also the settings Safeguarding Officer and SENCo Contact: lydiaholgate@little-ducklings.net
Amy is our deputy safeguarding officer and works alongside Lydia. Amy has Level 6 Qualification in Childcare and a Level 2 Qualification in Forest Schools.
Jane is our Toddler Room Senior. Jane has a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. Jane has several years’ experience working with children, covering all age ranges.
Eden is our Room Senior in the babies room
Sheryl is our Room Senior in preschool 1.
Samii is our nursery SENCo working alongside Lydia, Samii is also a Level 3 Practitioner in our Preschool Room. She is a Room Senior in Preschool 2.
